Birth Doula Support Packages

Before choosing a package, we’ll meet for a complimentary virtual consultation. This gives us an opportunity to get to know one another, talk about your hopes for birth, answer your questions, and make sure we’re the right fit.

Because birth is deeply personal, I believe you should feel completely comfortable with the person you invite into your birth space.

Let’s build your village.

benefits of having a doula in your village

Doulas are there for moms!

Birth was never meant to be something a woman navigates alone. A doula becomes part of your village by offering steady, continuous emotional, physical, and informational support before, during, and after birth. Research supports what women have known for generations: continuous support during labor is associated with a 25% lower likelihood of cesarean birth, an 8% greater likelihood of spontaneous vaginal birth, and labors that are, on average, about 41 minutes shorter. Women receiving continuous support were also less likely to use pain medication and were more likely to report a positive birth experience.

A doula does not replace your midwife, doctor, or partner. She adds another layer of care, someone whose sole role is to be there for you. Someone to remind you to breathe, help you find your rhythm, support your partner, offer comfort measures, help you stay informed, and hold space for you when things feel difficult. Your birth team should not simply help you get through birth; they should help you feel supported, informed, and confident in your ability to birth your baby.
